Golden yellow and fine and persistent bubble.
It presents an intense fragrance recalling mature apples, with fine notes of reduction (nuts, pastry).
In mouth it’s dry, slightly, a little bit bitter, but showing an excellent aging expression.
Tasty, long and balanced.
